I met Rick when I was 18, he was a blind date for my cousin. We became friends then even though the date never worked out. He was a good friend for many years. We made many memories together. I hadn't seen him for the last 15 years but thought of him often. May you rest in peace Rick, thanks for the memories xo Terri and Steve - Posted by: Terri McDonald (Friend) on: Jan 30, 2026

I am sad to hear of Rick’s passing. Rick was a kind funny guy and loved to talk. He enjoyed outdoor activities especially fishing and being out on the water. I have many fond memories growing up with the family and going on many camping/fishing trips. Rest in peace Ricky. ❤️❤️ - Posted by: Ingrid and Bruce McLay (Cousin) on: Jan 24, 2026

Our condolences to Bill, Ken and families. Rick was one of a kind. A gentle person who enjoyed life and the company of others. He was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone without being asked. Occasionally, he loved a good party too! We'll always remember our times at the family cottage with Rick next door. - Posted by: Paul and Gaby Rogers (Friends) on: Jan 24, 2026
